Q: How do I get the Early Preferred Free eTraining Videos
A: Instructions will be sent to your email after 3/23/2019 on how to access these free eTraining files.

Q: How do I get the Early Preferred On-Site Store Coupon for My Healthy Church
A: You will receive a coupon when you arrive on-site at the conference. A selection of items will qualify for purchase at a discount on-site in the MHC store. Only one item per coupon. Not redeemable for cash. Non-transferrable.

Q: How do I get my Early Preferred Conference Shirt
A: During your registration, you should have selected the size. When you arrive at the conference you will receive the shirt at check-in. Add $3 for XXL and larger.

Q: Will I have access to ALL of the exhibits?
A: YES! Your paid registration gives you access to dozens of organizations and ministries that will be on site to share with you the most recent ministry tools.

Q: Are meals included in the registration cost?
A: YES! A break and lunch are included in the Pre-Conference registration price. Also, the Wednesday evening BGMC Banquet plus Thursday and Friday lunches as well as 2 breaks for each day are included.

Q: I have dietary restrictions; how will I know I can eat what you are serving?
A: As we get closer to the conference, we will post what we will be eating at each meal and snack. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate all dietary concerns and will also not be able to provide refunds if you are unable to eat with us.

Q: Can I bring my child(ren) to the conference?
A: We really do LOVE kids but children under 13 are not allowed (except for nursing babies) at the AG Kidmin Conference. Unfortunately, kids can be a distraction and we have purposefully created this space for teens and adults to learn, connect and grow together. So, please make other arrangements for your younger child(ren) while you are attending the conference.

13-17 year olds can be on site, but have to fill out a form and have a parent present.

Q: Will you be recording any of the sessions? And how do I get them?
A: YES! All workshops and super sessions will be audio recorded and available for purchase on-site. For Early Preferred and those purchasing recordings, files are then delivered after the conference by email to download for use in your local church.

Q: I’m already registered and something has happened, can I get a refund?
A: YES! With some contingencies and exceptions:

  • Up to and including December 30, 2019, a non-refundable processing fee of $25 per-person will be assessed for any cancellations or transfers for credit.
  • From December 31, 2019 through February 3, 2020, a non-refundable processing fee of $50 per-person will be assessed for any cancellations or transfers for credit.
  • Beginning February 4, 2020, AG Kidmin Conference registrations are non-refundable upon purchase.
  • The Processing Fee is non-refundable at any time.
  • To avoid incurring a processing fee or loss of monies paid, any registration is fully transferable to a substitute registrant, up to, and including, the day(s) of the event.

Q: How do I request a Cancellation Refund or Transfer?
A: Please email smixer@ag.org with your reason for cancellation or the name, email and phone number you would like to transfer your registration to.

Q: What should I do if it looks as though local weather may cause the conference to cancel?
A: Should a “state of emergency” in the local area lead to closure of the AG Kidmin conference facility, you will be notified via email and the KIDMIN.AG.ORG/CONFERENCE will be updated with the latest information. If the conference is completely cancelled, you will have the option of a full refund or transferring funds to the next AG Kidmin conference.

Q: There is severe weather in my area, can I get a refund of my registration?
A: AG Kidmin recognizes that there may be weather challenges in your area and the conference still proceed. Please consider your personal safety when deciding to travel, but credits or refunds must be processed based on the above policies.
